Old Dog Boxing Club
Established in 2014, Old Dog Boxing Club offers Olympic-style boxing instruction and training to members of every age interested in the sweet science. Whether you are new to the sport of boxing, you are just looking for an old-school boxing gym where you can get or stay fit, or your goal is to box competitively, Old Dog Boxing Club has what you need.
Our facility features several rings and all the requisite equipment for a pure boxing workout. Gloves and protective gear are available to borrow or buy. Coaches certified by USA Boxing, the governing body of amateur boxing, are on hand at all times.
We offer group classes for adults on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings; and a female-only class on Friday evening. Kids classes (ages 8-14) are on Wednesday and Friday afternoons and Sunday mornings. Private sessions, either one hour or a half-hour, are also available.
